All cases are worked on and scheduled according to due dates requested. I will contact you if any additional days are required. For your convenience and so that you can keep your patients as informed as possible we offer the following schedule for our products:

Note: Working days are Monday-Thursday.

Please allow 2-3 working days for:

Repairs – Add tooth (Economy)
Baseplates with Occlusal Rim

Please allow 4-5 working days for:

Bleaching Trays
Acrylic Appliances (Flippers)
Custom Trays
Hard Nightguards
Hard / Soft Splints
Rebases
Relines
Repairs - Solder, Cast and Solder
Essix  Clear Retainers

Please Allow 5-7 working days for:

TCS Acrylic Flexible Partials
Finished products
Denture setup for try-in

Cast Metal RPD Framework
Cast Metal RPD/TCS Flexible Combination Framework

RUSH ORDERS

I will always work with you to accomodate the needs of you and your clients. Depending on my work load a RUSH fee may be charged.

Billing / Payment Terms

All cases are billed after each step is completed and an invoice will be sent with each case. At the end of each month an electronic statement or paper statement will be sent out.

Payment can be sent to the address provided or sent with cases at pickup or delivery.  Payment must be received by the 10th of the next month.
